Ayden K. Wickman
Teacher, learner, problem-solver.
I’m a middle school math teacher in the village of Savoonga, Alaska. My wife and I live here with our two cats, Fiske and Bodhi, who are useless to society yet somehow still deeply cherished.
Currently I’m keeping busy by working on an associates degree in information technology from University of Alaska Fairbanks. I’m also tackling a few side projects, like building trauma-informed care professional development for teachers, and trying to learn how to crochet.
I’ve got a MsEd in Education Leadership, an MS in Instructional Design, and a BS in Childhood Education.
Personally, I like to play video games, work on 3D printing, and go hiking.
(That last one was a lie.)
Welcome to my corner of the internet. Enjoy your stay.*
*But not too much. That would be weird.
